Rent the whole town for your wedding, family reunion, birthday party, corporate retreat, or other special event. You’ll have full use of all of Columbine’s amenities including: all 14 cabins; the lodge; the commercial kitchen; the picnic/grilling area (adjacent to the commercial kitchen); the fire pit; and the wood-fired sauna. We can comfortably accommodate 100 people in the picnic/grilling area and have overnight accommodations for 57 guests.
Bring your own caterer or cook yourself; you’ll have use of the fully equipped commercial kitchen. Tents, tables, and chairs may be rented in Steamboat Springs, we recommend Colorado Event Rentals.
A 3-night minimum is required for whole town rentals from June 15th to September 30th. A two-night minimum is required at all other times.
Our desire is to make your special event memorable in every way. We will endeavor to accommodate your specific needs. As such, we may need to adjust our rates and/or policies. Please contact us and we’ll begin the necessary dialogue to ensure we are able meet your expectations.
Reservations & Deposits
A 50% deposit is due when making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event. We require designation of one individual be responsible for handling all reservation and billing details. A written contract will be executed with the event reservation.
Damage Deposit & Kitchen Cleaning Fee
We require a refundable $500 damage deposit (via credit card). The renter is responsible for guest damages. Additionally, we collect a refundable $300 cleaning fee that will be returned if the commercial kitchen is clean at the conclusion of the event.
If notice of cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to the event, the deposit less a $1000 cancellation fee will be refunded. If notice of cancellation occurs within 60 days of the event, the entire rental amount will be forfeited.
