UTV/Side-by-Side Rentals
Rent one of our two-seat or four-seat 2023 Polaris RZR XP 1000’s! We are located in Clark, CO and adjacent to Routt National Forest. Explore the majestic beauty of Northwest Colorado via the vast network of forest roads. You can even travel into Wyoming! Each machine is equipped with GPS map and two-way satellite communication. We provide helmets and googles.
Stand Up Paddle Boarding
Cool off and explore one of the nearby mountain lakes: Steamboat Lake, Hahss Peak Lake, or Pearl Lake.

Cancellation Policy For UTV/Side-by-Sides or Stand Up Paddle Boardscolumbine2023-09-14T14:33:07-06:00
- If a reservation is canceled greater than 24 hours before the reservation time (regardless of reason), the deposit less a $25 cancellation fee will be refunded to the card on file.
- For cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time. the cancellation fee is the entire reservation charge (i.e., no refund).
- Please note that inclement weather is not a valid reason for cancellation within 24 hours.
What to Expect for UTV/Side-by-Side Rentalcolumbine2023-09-14T14:26:37-06:00
- Please note that all UTV/Side-by-Side rentals are unguided. There is a vast trail system that can be explored right from The Cabins at Historic Columbine. We provide a GPS map and satellite two-way communicator to help guide your adventure, but it is best to plan your route in advance.
- Renters and all drivers must by 25 years old.
- Colorado weather is unpredictable and can change quickly! Be prepared with rain jackets, warm layers and bring plenty of water, snacks and sunscreen and sunglasses to combat the Colorado sun. You may want to bring a change of clothes as you may get dusty/muddy during your adventure.
- If you see lightning, seek shelter and if necessary head back to Columbine.
- Trail style and complexity are marked on the map, do not attempt trails that you are not confident you can handle. Repair cost for damage done to the UTV will be paid by the renter.
- Our access to Routt National Forest is directly across County Road 129 from our property via Forest Road 490. UTVs are not to be ridden on County Roads (illegal in Colorado).

- We provide the necessary safety equipment for your water adventure including a life jacket and whistle. These items are required to be worn by Colorado Law.
- Be sure to bring plenty of water and sunscreen as the sun can get intense.
- Colorado weather can be unpredictable. If you see storm clouds, exit the water as soon as possible.
- Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
