We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
- If a reservation is canceled greater than 72 hours before the reservation time (regardless of reason), the deposit less a $25 cancellation fee will be refunded to the card on file.
- For cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation time, the cancellation fee is the full rental fee (i.e., no refund).
- Please note that inclement weather is not a valid reason for cancellation within 72 hours. We encourage you to purchase the Sensible Weather Guarantee if weather is a concern.
- Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.
